This sweet, befuddled little person makes me smile. What's going on here? Monkey hat, red tutu, middle of the desert...this isn't an Etsy listing, it's Anne Heche's lost weekend all over again. (Just kidding!) But seriously, this is a strange little tableau, no? Who wears fire-engine red with latte and oatmeal?
